Watermelon Acqua Fresca

Want a delicious way to hydrate? Try Watermelon Acqua Fresca! Acqua fresca literally means "fresh water" in Italian, and that's exactly what it is – a fruit-infused water that's hydrating and revitalizing. It's simple, refreshing, and naturally good for you.

Watermelon is perfect for this drink – full of water, electrolytes, and sweet flavor. No complicated steps, just pure, refreshing goodness.

Watermelon Acqua Fresca: Simple Hydration

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (to taste)

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or a few drops of liquid stevia (optional, to taste)

  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup water (as needed to achieve the desired consistency)

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Blend: Combine watermelon, lime juice, water, and your chosen sweetener in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

  2. Strain (optional): For a smoother drink, pour through a fine-mesh sieve.

  3. Chill: Refrigerate until very cold.

  4. Serve: Pour over ice. Garnish with mint if desired.

Tips:

  • Make it ahead! It tastes great chilled for a few hours.

  • Adjust lime or sweetener to your preference.

  • Great for any time you need a hydrating boost.
